We ship orders daily via Expedited, Xpresspost, Canpar.
Once you have completed your order, our shopping cart will automatically combine your total shipable weight and give you your shipping options & prices.
We fill out all the paperwork & waybills for shipping within Canada & the U.S. Kindly email us for rates outside these countries. PLEASE... fill in your phone number in the requested form. This way the P.O. can contact you if they have any problems delivering your package instead of shipping your package back to us. All of the information we request from you is used for shipping purposes, and for our customer records only. We WILL NOT sell or give any of this information to anyone!
Orders are 7 days a week with Canada Post, Monday - Friday with Canpar. Your order is usually shipped within 24-48 hours from when the order is placed (unless we have to order in the fragrance for your order - we will promptly notify you if this is the case). All items are packaged and shipped with the highest attention to safe delivery of your product.
You can view your tracking number through the shipper we have used. For Canada Post go to www.canadapost.ca, for Canpar go to www.canpar.com.
If your item arrives damaged, kindly notify us to contact the shipper for a refund.If you are unsatisfied with your order for another reason, kindly contact us within 5 days. You may be able to return it for a refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee). Send back in the original packaging, with an explanation of your dissatisfaction and a photocopy of the invoice, within 15 days to:

We do not refund products if you do not like your chioce of fragrance. We will inspect the product for damage and contact you. We will send you your chioce of either another shipment of products (plus shipping fees) or a refund check after receipt of the returned goods (minus shipping and re-stocking fees).
